All training includes an interactive use of an arrow to guide users through a powerful but easy to use process. Each training activity contains details of the number of steps and which step the user is currently on. Users can stop at each step for as long as necessary to understand the concept being taught. Backward and forward buttons allow checking of previous steps to ensure complete understanding of the different training concepts. It is also possible to randomly select different steps within an activity.

A powerful inbuilt Learning Management System (LMS) keeps track of user progress providing the following information for each activity:

(i) Time taken to complete an activity;
(ii) Status of the activity (completed or not);
(iii) Last date launched; and
(iv) Times attempted.

Testing is also performed in a simulated manner, and provides a more reliable assessment of skill levels than multi-choice questions offered by other vendors.
