HouseMinders is a house sitting agency that matches home owners going away with minders who live in their house and care for their pets and property while they are away.

HouseMinders is a 100% Australian owned and operated business, servicing areas throughout Australia.

Home owners are charged either a once-off fee of $220 or an annual registration of $330. For this fee, HouseMinders finds 2-3 possible minders for the owner. The owner interviews these minders and makes a decision about who they want. The minders live in the property rent free (i.e. they don't get paid). Minders are charged an annual registration fee (dependent on the area they want to mind). For this fee, they can then get up to 12 months worth of rent free accommodation.
